• Automatically Collected Data: User IDs, Server IDs, Channel IDs & Message IDs, Playback Data (temporary song queues).
• We do not collect personal or sensitive data such as names, emails, or IP addresses.
• All data is tied only to Discord’s API and cannot be used to personally identify you outside Discord.

2. How We Use the Collected Data

• To allow Arwenix to perform its intended functions (music playback, queue management, etc.).
• To improve the bot’s performance and reliability.
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or misuse of the service.
• To maintain temporary logs for debugging or maintenance.
• We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Data (like queues or server settings) may be temporarily stored in memory while the bot is running.
• Once the bot restarts or leaves a server, all temporary data is cleared automatically.
• Persistent configuration data (if applicable) is stored securely and can be removed upon request.

4. Data Deletion Requests

• You can request deletion of any stored data related to your user ID or server by contacting the developer or owner via our support server.
• All identifiable data linked to your user or server will be deleted permanently within 7 working days.

5. Third-Party Services

• Arwenix may interact with third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, or other audio sources.
• These platforms have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how these external services collect or process your data.

6. Security

• We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
• Only the Owner and Developer Rawan_xd (Akhilesh Maurya) have controlled access to maintenance-related data.

7. Children’s Privacy

• Arwenix follows Discord’s age policy. The bot is not intended for users under the age of 13 or below the digital consent age in their region.
• If we learn that we have unintentionally collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

• This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be announced through the bot’s official support server or website.
• Continued use of the bot after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised policy.
