1. General Information

• Arwenix is a music bot designed to play songs and playlists from supported sources in Discord voice channels. The bot aims to provide a smooth, high-quality, and user-friendly experience.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By inviting or using Arwenix in your server, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You are at least 13 years of age or meet Discord’s minimum age requirement in your country.
• You agree to follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Usage Policy

• You agree not to misuse Arwenix or use it for spamming, harassment, or violating Discord’s community rules.
• Do not play copyrighted or pirated content illegally.
• Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the bot or its systems.
• Do not flood commands or overload the bot intentionally.
• Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans from using Arwenix, or blacklisting of your Discord server or user ID.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

• Arwenix may collect minimal user data necessary for functionality, such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, and message IDs for command handling.
• Playback history or queue data may be temporarily stored in memory.
• Arwenix does not collect personal data such as emails, IP addresses, or passwords. All collected data is used only to operate the bot and is never shared with third parties.

5. Service Availability

• Arwenix is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free service.
• Compatibility with all Discord servers or third-party plugins is not guaranteed.
• The bot may go offline temporarily for maintenance, updates, or due to Discord API limitations.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All source code, designs, and features of Arwenix are the intellectual property of Akhilesh Maurya (Developer).
• You are not allowed to copy, redistribute, or modify the bot or its assets without explicit permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Neither the Owner nor Developer is responsible for any damage, loss, or data issues arising from the use or misuse of Arwenix.
• Any violation of Discord’s rules or laws committed by users is the user’s responsibility.
• Use Arwenix responsibly and at your own discretion.

8. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server at any time without prior notice.
• We may restrict access to users or servers violating these Terms or Discord’s guidelines.

9. Amendments

• These Terms may be updated or modified at any time. Users will be notified via the bot’s support server or website if significant changes occur.
• Continued use of the bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
