Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any premium subscription or paid plan from Arwenix. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

Arwenix does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchased subscription plan under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to all subscription tiers including Premium and Gold plans.

Exception for technical errors only: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment gateway error, or if your payment was deducted but access was not granted due to a system fault on our end, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of transaction.
