Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any premium subscription or paid plan from Arwenix. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Arwenix does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchased subscription plan under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to all subscription tiers including Premium and Gold plans.
1. Nature of Service
- Arwenix is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product — a Discord bot utility that is delivered instantly upon successful payment.
- Because the service is digital and access is granted immediately, there is no physical product to return.
- The nature of digital services makes it impossible to "return" or "undo" usage once access has been granted.
2. No Refund Under Any Circumstances
- We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that were purchased but not used.
- We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that were partially used during the billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds due to dissatisfaction with the service.
- We do not provide refunds if you change your mind after purchase.
- We do not provide refunds if your Discord server is banned or you leave Discord.
- We do not provide refunds due to temporary downtime, maintenance, or Discord API issues beyond our control.
- We do not provide refunds if your account is suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles from renewing.
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.
- Access to premium features will remain active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
Exception for technical errors only: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment gateway error, or if your payment was deducted but access was not granted due to a system fault on our end, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of transaction. Such cases will be reviewed individually.
- Duplicate charge claims must be supported with payment receipts/screenshots from your bank or payment provider.
- We reserve the right to verify the claim before processing any correction.
- This exception applies only to verifiable technical failures — not to change-of-mind or dissatisfaction.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.
- Any user who files a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from using Arwenix and all associated services.
- We maintain full transaction records and will provide evidence to the payment provider during any dispute process.
6. Service Interruptions
- Arwenix strives to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Temporary outages caused by Discord API limitations, maintenance windows, or server updates are not grounds for a refund.
- In the unlikely event of extended or prolonged downtime directly attributable to us, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit — not a monetary refund.
7. By Making a Purchase, You Confirm
- You have read and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
- You understand that the service is digital and non-returnable.
- You are making a voluntary, informed purchase decision.
- You agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Arwenix.
